    When I was on swim team we used to weight train after swimming. Usually we did a warm up by running a few miles or sprinting, then cool down workout, jump in the pool for an hour or hour and a half of swimming and then weight training for an hour.

    This is Ok but build up to it…. The pool is more cardio…. The weights should come before swimming. You should lift… Warm up in pool… Streach… Swim…. In that order. You do not want to streach until your body is warmed up.
