             OSIYO! I'm Jenna, Your Guide to Our Beautiful Facility located at 5606 National Turnpike. 

             We are located just off Southside Dr. in the heart of South Louisville.

             It is my personal goal to make sure your visit is as relaxing and therapeutic as you expect, and then some. 


To make certain this is the case, I will outline basic information we'll need from you. I will also Guide you through basic etiquette and gratuity information.

YOUR INFORMATION WE'LL NEED FOR THE ULTIMATE VISIT~

Picture ID, List of Medications and dosage schedule, List of Allergies(internal & external), & Release for Service if under Physician's Care. If you have preferences for a warm or cooler environment, and have a Gift Certificate or other Discount Code.

 

 

Basic Etiquette For Spa Guests~

 

  • Arrival Time:

    We suggest that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to have time to consult with your therapist and prepare for relaxation during your spa experience. Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment, thus reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.

  •  

  • Wear Comfortable clothing.

  • We are professionals and use proper draping technique at all times. You will be instructed by your therapist on proper disrobing.

  •  

  • DO NOT BRING VALUABLES SUCH AS JEWELRY OR ELECTRONICS AS WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE TO THEFT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY.

  • PLEASE TURN OFF CELL PHONES BEFORE Entering the Building.

  • Should your phone need to be left on during your visit, please notify us upon arrival for special assistance.

  •  

  • Conversations:
  • THE GOAL IS SANCTUARY...

  • Throughout the spa, lobby, Halls, relaxation room, & treatment areas, all conversations should be kept at low volume (whisper).

  •  

  • Children:  

  • All children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by adults at all time. Nail services are available for all ages. Written approval from a parent or legal guardian will be mandatory for all skin and massage treatments for children under the age of 18. As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa treatment areas or left unattended in the reception area.

  •  

  • Groups/Parties:

    We are happy to coordinate your group event. Let us help you with treatment ideas, timing, and costs. Advance appointment and deposit is required.

  •  

  • Appointments:

    Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation 72 hours in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or any other special considerations.

  •  

  • Cancellation/No show:

    Please notify us or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment  for individual service or 72 hours for groups and parties or escapes where our Bed & Breakfast is also included.  To avoid being charged full price for your service, please email in writing within this time frame.   While we DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS, A CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT CHARGED TO BE USED WITHIN ONE YEAR  FOR VIP MEMBERS OR 3 MONTHS FOR NON VIP MEMBERS.

  •  No refunds or partial refunds are given to those not  notifying us in writing.

    SERVICES SUCH AS GROUPONS ARE SERVICED DURING SPECIAL HOURS 

    TUESDAY-FRIDAY FROM 10 AM-2PM


  • GRATUITY (YOUR TIP)  is 20% OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF SERVICE  automatically if your Spa  Treatment  is  Discounted 50% or more.

  • By purchasing a Discounted Service You agree to these terms. Should you wish to return a Discounted Service, it must be done through the company  whom you made the purchase.


  • Please bring your Gratuity in Cash if you would prefer to not be CHARGED A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE

  •  Should there be a low rating or complaint posted that was not first directed to my attention, it will be seen as harassment and will be handled through proper legal channels.
